So I have finished the Shadowland and Dark Flame book that are part of the Immortals Series. Spoilers for Shadowland and Dark Flame are in yellow.

Now my problem with these two books are the same...because they are telling the exact same story. In last book our protagonist Ever Fail Bloom was "tricked" into giving Damon and antidote that made her

That sounds like a bad rip off of something that happens in the TV show Dark Angel... don't know if you've seen it or if you mind spoilers so don't scroll down if you don't want details:

Max and Logan want to be together, but Max is tricked by Manticore (secret government project place that created her) and ends up infected with a virus that is lethal to Logan (specifically tailored to his DNA only), so they can't touch or he'll die. Also, she was tricked because she thought she was saving him. =/

I'm really sorry but I just don't understand any of it, I just feel myself going 'wtf?' when I read it.

I have read a summary for the books and what you have wrote about it. Yet I still don't get any of it.....That is the most messed up plot I have ever heard.

Makes me want to be a twihard (not really), at least I got it, the plot is so silly and simple it's not hard to.

This is just....Is it like the Host? It sort of seems very much the same in wtf'ness.

I won't be reading these books

I laughed so much reading your review. I'd never heard of this series until I saw it referenced on your You Tube riff on "The Host." I will probably haunt your site an awful lot from now on. In a good, non-stalkerish way, I mean.

The only thing is, I couldn't read the spoilerific yellow parts. Maybe it's my eyes? My browser? (Firefox). That made me sad.

Btw, how about adding a Wordpress button in the "From" box? Please? :)
