Reno sat on the floor of the astronomy tower, leaning his back against the wall and resting his head against it, idly poking at one telescope with his EMR

Heavy footsteps foretold Rude's arrival. Spying the redhead tweaking the optical tube assembly, he cocked an eyebrow. Hopefully, that was all Reno had touched. The telescopes in the tower were high quality pieces of equipment, with tip top optics and killer lenses. If Reno had broken anything, Rude was prepared to give a resounding lecture.

"Ho there, Reno. Why are you poking the assembly?"

The mess of papers surrounding his seemingly dispondant friend made Rude frown further. Either something was up, or Reno was far more emotionally invested in astronomy than Rude thought possible. All things considered, the bald man was aware of which of the two choices was more likely.

Startled by his friend's voice Reno turned to face the bald man and waved his EMR in the air as a hell, a little too bring grin finding it's way on his face "Hey there! Got bored while waiting for you, is all."

Reno didn't like his friend's expression, that knowing frown, at all. Reno turned his attention to the books and papers in front of him. He swinged his baton towards the book and poked a picture in it. "That thing should be up on the sky and I'm supposed to show it to you," he rose his gaze up to look at his friend and motioned towards the telescope with his head.

Rude's expression turned slightly more incredulous at the halfhazard poking. Stepping forward, he lifted the book to his face, peering intently. "You're going to show me Fenrir? Uh.....that's all well and good, but according to this timechart, it should be over there by this time of night." He raised a caloused finger to point in the opposite direction than the telescope had in mind. Setting the book down, Rude noted its unturned pages and pristine spine. Placing his palm over the writing respectfully, he felt it necessary to point out the obvious "You have no idea what those little sparkly pinpricks are in the sky, do you." It wasn't a question.

A small puff of dust rose as Rude's bulk settled down on the floor beside his friend. "What's up, Reno? You look like you'd rather be drunk........More than usual, I mean."

Reno frowned an poked the telescope with his rod more forcefully. Stupid thing was totally useless. He hadn't bother to check on which side of the sky the damn constellations would be. The sky was sky, didn't every star look the same anyway? "Just tell the kitten that I showed them to you, aight?" he grabbed the book from his friend and started to collect his papers from the floor.

"Drunk..." he repeated his friend's words and turned to look at the bald man with a new gleaming in his eyes. "You said it! Let's forget about this stupid assingment and go get drunk!" he was already getting up and on his way towards the door.
