It is time. The Runes, the gods, they have brought me here for the crimes I knew I would have to pay for. No matter what I attempted to do to redeem myself would rectify the problems I caused during my life. I wonder if there are others here...I wonder what their crimes were.

The streets are filthy. I half expect someone to climb from a sewer grate

Well, there are many abandoned buildings, find one in which the door actually works, and maybe you can make yourself as close to comfortable as possible in there.
