One good thing about being without internet is that I've gotten serious about yoga again. I'm still pretty sketchy on home practice, but I've been making a point to go to class. I have to say, I look a sight. Last Monday, we decided to go mountain biking. What that translates into is we decided to go for a hike and took our bikes with us; occasionally we rode. The first trail wasn't so bad. There were parts that were too technical for us and so we walked those, but overall it was fun. Getting back on the other hand ( Read more... ) -

So the house! We had inspections this morning. Some of the things we expected: the electricity needs to be updated (it is a 1928 house), it has original windows so no double panes, there's a little water damage in basement. Has anyone used "ca" as their anti-virus/spyware software? It is driving me nuts! The darn thing slows everything down to a crawl. It tends to freeze the internet. AND it likes to periodically kick me offline. (Sorry, Kait.) I'd love to be rid of it, but as we've paid for this mess, I guess we're trying to get our money's worth ( Read more... ) -
