Oops been a while

Last weekend was Get/Together via Zoom. Not as much fun as an in-person gathering but better than none at all.

And this weekend I discovered the upside to having to wear masks while working - nobody can see the peanut butter smear left on your cheek from breakfast.

Also it's been a dry warm few weeks and the eastern hills are already going brown.

Sounds like fun, Mab. You're getting summer as we begin fall. Today was windy 68 and it seemed colder. I like it at least 70 in the fall. How hot do you get in the summer? Welcome back. :)

It was nice to see familiar faces, even if not in person, yes. :-)

We can get into the high twenties (C) pretty often, so the eighties in F. We do get into the nineties on occasion, which is *not* fun because NZ doesn't really do aircon. I don't really enjoy the summer in my part of the country, I must confess.
