Thought I'd write up on this before the 2nd episode airs. And let me just say how happy I am to see Nino acting again. It's been too long if you ask me.
I wasn't really expecting much from this drama but I was pleasantly surprised. But it's done by Kudo Kankuro and I'm a fan of Kisarazu Cat's Eye. So I wondered how his writing would work with a story like RnK. But so far so good. I'm also surprised with the chemistry between the three siblings. At first I was a little iffy when I heard that Nino, Ryo and Erika would play as siblings worried over how they would come off onscreen but it works. So hopefully the story can only get better.
Somebody convince me again that Nino is the older brother.
I love the opening and how the images of them as children are side by side with them as grown-ups.
I can't even remember how many times I rewinded this scene just to hear how manly Nino's voice sounded when he said "I AM your guardian."
The whole post-it dialogue has to be my fave scene along with "Letters from Canada ♥" hahahaha
Poor thing. Hopefully he gets his Hayashi Rice before the series ends. XD
I seriously love the range of expressions he has on this show.
You see.
Somehow I find myself laughing at the sight of nerdy-stalker!Nino and also thinking how this strangely suits him. XDDDD
I love the exasperated look on his face when his siblings call him disgusting and he has to explain that he's only trying to help.
lol.
Lastly, bedhead!Koichi is mighty fine.
