Bad for your eyes, yes. That's why you get to go mess with your colors on your computer screen. Find something restful for your eyes. I go back and forth from grey to, say lavender, to deep green. Find a color you like, that gives your eyes a rest from stark white and that evil bright blue horror. :(

Not that you hafta change it every day, but if it's hurting you, take the 11-year-old way out, and have fun!!

I love you, and at least I'm not making you clean... this time.
