Someone made up these Rationalist reading lists for the Hogwarts houses. It's pretty neat.

The best part is that Guards! Guards! is one the Hufflypuff list and it's the only one that gets any Pratchett. Suck it, jerks.

Very interesting. I would have been intrigued to see them take a stab at more non-philosophical books (seeing things like "A Wrinkle in Time" or "American Gods" or things like that... just more "pleasure reading" in comparison to these texts that most people wouldn't read for fun.
