Attention: All Shinobi with Summons

While exceptions must be made in times of combat as was seen in the attack of the 17th.  Please restrict use of summons otherwise.  The village populace is on nerves edge enough without animals running around.  The effects ALL summons with the exception of birds with a wing span under 12".  Otherwise, please keep the animals to a minimum in public.

Dully noted. My birds have all retreated, with the exception of the owl keeping a friend company.

Understood- I will refrain from using any summons above the mentioned size within the village.

Bull is playing 'puppy-sitter'--mostly by wearing the little things OUT, at my apt with Pakkun. If needed, Pakkun can run around as he's small and discreet--'need' here defined as emergency with the pups. Otherwise, summons have been pulled.

(Only reason I have those two out is Rin and myself are too busy to properly take care of her dog Nana-chan and her puppies, all 5 (include: Rin, dog, 3 puppies) are at my place for now.

In your own residence is fine. The populace is just on edge, so public is what I am concerned about. Take good care of the kid.
