hmm ... I may not be completely awake, but I was thinking about the US elections and how the author of this might be from the US. ;)

Yeah, that's obviously what they meant, but:
1. semantically, the phrasing of the sentence implies that the female in question would be President of the world.
2. I found the question so ridiculous that I decided not to acknowledge that part of it.

I agree with your spanking answer, especially the ritualism needed... my family used corperal punishment, and I highly respect my family for it. I do have this obscure fear of belts now, but I don't fear my parents. and I'm happy they loved me enough to spank me properly, with all of the points you mentioned. ^^

Heh. I still wear the belt I favoured for being spanked with. My brother wears the one you "Did. Not. Choose"; it's a 2"-wide leather belt with three rows of holes the entire length: hit like a wiffle bat.
