Ingredients:
One prata (frozen)
half a del monte banana
peanut butter
Hershey choc syrup
the process
1. Cook frozen prata in non-stick pan.
2. Cut banana into moderately thick (about 5mm) slices.
3. Once prata is ready, place on plate and spread banana slices over half of prata.
4. Whack a blob of peanut butter next to bananas.
5. Squirt Hershey choc syrup over bananas.

To create a Pratabutnana© with ice-cream, plop a scoop of ice-cream next to the blob of peanut butter.
