We'll have to see what comes out of this - no more Mac Hall would be horrifying.

I hope that he and Matt start something up, anything. Or at the very least we'll wait until October and see what they come up with.

Agreed. Unlike what others have said, the expectation is that Mac Hall isn't ending, isn't closing down, just changing. (And maybe renaming.) We'll just have to wait and see what that is.

Honestly, I think Mac Hall needed to change. Back in its day, Mac Hall was one of the most brilliant webcomics out there, but it seems like it's been... I don't know, stagnent, for the last year or so. Not only in terms of the old-school web design, but in terms of content as well.

Two of my favorite webcomic creators, Kittyhawk and Michael Poe, ended up making masterpieces after they finished their first comics. Let's see if this holds true for the guys at Mac Hall as well.
