It's so sad, and so completely realistic, that Toby would associate the smell of oranges to Gary's death and his wrongful accusations against Chris.

I don't know why but i loved the idea of Toby cares about vitamins when he took drugs and he was an alcoholic. It was funny and just another contradiction of Toby :)
