we just had to lock lilly in the bathroom so that she will use her empty litter box for a medical test. i know its for her own good but i feel like such a bad mother.

my glasses broke today. thank goodness i had contact lenses sitting around or i would have had to wear taped up glasses for the next couple of days.

today i learned that slurpees are good for flu ravaged sore throats

i officially have the flu (influenza type a). my first clue that this was no ordinary cold was this mornings fever of 103.4

i feel like shit.

at least now i will be able to tell if i have the flu if a pandemic strikes.
