kickin' it at the peace and justice center, doing some revisions on the livable wage campaign website for the emmster. this internship has been awesome. first off, working in an all female environment has been very empowering, considering the kind of work these gals do and the stuff they pull off as far as economic justice goes. i've worked on

oh mary! you didn't even say goodbye when you left. & you missed the best part of the night (total eclipse of the heart... i departed from madonna eventually)... except some SKETCHY RANDOM TONE DEAF GIRL grabbed the other mic and tried to make it a duet. i swear to god i almost put my stiletto through her fucking head.
the other best part of the night is when i was dancing naughtily with randy and fell over and everyone saw my underwear. i also came thisclose to killing myself while dancing on a chair.
whoops.
anyway, if you come out tonight, i've been promised an hour of new wave. so wear your 80s gear and leave your inhibitions at home. LOVE YA!
