Going to see the US vs. New Zealand womens soccer match tonight. I'm so excited!! Hopefully the weather gods will take pity on us and hold off the rain until after the game.

Sooo excited for tonight. We get off work early for a farewell bbq for John and then we're hosting an opening olympic ceremony party complete with my dad's utterly delicious ribs...mmmm...I'm getting hungry just thinking about them.

I CAN ACCESS LIVEJOURNAL AT WORK!!! It took me four weeks to realize this... I'll update more tomorrow.

My flight for China leaves in 4 hours. I just said goodbye to Iago. Hopefully he'll be back in the spring, but for now I have no idea when I'll see him again.

I may not be able to access lj while in China. So if you hear from me even less than usual, that's why.

This morning at the gym I found myself watching Strawberry Shortcake while listening to death metal.

It amused me immensely.

Last night was a blast. Went to FUR to see DJ Sammy (who is adorable and awesome) with Iago, Aaron, Sam and Ayla, and Brad. It would have been better had I been a little buzzed as then my self consciousness wouldn't have been quite so crippling on the dance floor. The thing I miss the most at W&M are my guy friends. I have yet to find replacements for Aaron, Sam, Wafic, Iago, the AMC crowd, and Jeff. Tonight was wonderful. Played Brawl with the McLean boys then went to IHOP for midnight deliciousness. I'm just so incredibly comfortable around those boys.
