1. Layer > New adjustment layer > Curves

RGB:
Input: 100 Output: 113

Red:
Input: 110 Output: 125

2. Layer > New adjustment layer > selective color

Reds:
-100
+20
+20
+20

Yellows:
-100
-20
-20
+20

whites:
0
+20
+10
-20

neutrals:
+10
-5
+10
-3

3. selective color

Reds:
-50
0

0

Yellows:
-20
0
-50
0

whites:
+50
-20
-20

neutrals:

4. New layer, fill with #ebebeb set to darken, duplicate set multiply 50 %

(erase everything that covers his face)
9. Add a white box with tinytext
