I know, I know.  I owe a really long post.  A lot has been going on in my life, but I am actually posting today to plead for donations.

One of my friends from work is recovering from breast cancer. They believe they got it all. She and I are organising a cancer fundraiser afternoon tea at work. While it is not the same organisation as yours, it will also go towards breat cancer research.

Good luck to you as well! It's amazing how many people know someone who has had it!

Most people know someone that has been affected. Here skin cancer is also a big one with about 1 in 3 people in Australia getting some form of it in their life.

As for my friend My husband does a little knitting and knitted her some beanies/hats to wear when she lost her hair. She loved that
