I had to comment only say I can't think of anything to say to this.

I was speechless for a few minutes when I read it. Then I read it to my roommates and none of them could believe it either.

I am still puzzled about why she felt the need to write to the paper. At least don't specify the medical condition, lady! Some of us cherished our innocence about rectal prolapse.
