This is so freakin' cool I can't hardly stand it. You have to see it to really get it. And don't forget to watch the demo video.

Yes, Flock rocks. I admit I was one of those early users of their first public beta, who then promptly thrashed them because that early version sucked so bad. But I'm glad I came back to try this latest version, because it's definitely better (love all the integrations).

And Flock definitely helps me post more often, even if it's only weblog stuff-I-surfed-and-found-interesting. It doesn't help me with 'journaling' so much, but I still have to work on that. ;-)
