Hi! I found your journal by random chance (I was considering a coffee-related rename and my favorite drink is... macchiato!) and though I don't normally bang on people's internet doors asking to be added to their friends-lists, I thought I'd drop you a comment because we seem to have a bit in common. I'm a big Minekura fan and I also recently got into Reborn! (which I fear may soon eat my life). I'm also a Christian and not a fan of BL (or preaching to folks about it, for that matter), though I'm also not too vocal in fandom -- I write a bit of fanfic on occasion, but that's it.

My journal is mostly fandom blathering, very little 'real-life' discussion goes on, but I don't think I'm too guilty of long-winded entries about nothing (just horrible photo-edits of Mukuro with bunny ears when I'm peeved with him). Erm. What else? I think that's it.

And I agree... having a few things that you can relate to, especially on a 'casual' level (like a fandom or hobby), really does help when you're getting to know someone.
