Well, had a promotion interview on Thursday. Went about as well as I expected, but I don't think I'll be getting it. I haven't been there long enough (and may not actually be allowed to get it at all, due to certain technicalities), but I think its great practice for next time. Now that I know what to expect, I'll be able to do much better next
