So, I've been living at the Island for almost a year now. I'll be moving out in a month or two (or three, depending on when we can find a replacement). Its been a great year and I'm definitely going to miss the place, but it's time to move on. Anyway, its not like I'm not going to see the old place again, I'm sure I'll be dropping by to see manic

This is a good time to be looking for a new place to rent. Prices are down and there's a lot on the market.
