I don't know how the school figures these grades but I went with the old tried and true averaging method. Assign a number and add'em up you know?
Well an U get 0; N gets 2; and S gets 4 -- assuming the A - E scale.
doing that there are 15 scores for each quarter with a high possible of 60.
Q1 he scored 44/15 = 2.9 = B
Q2 he scored 32/15 = 2.1 = C
Q3 he scored 40/15 = 2.6 = B
Q4 he scored 54/15 = 3.6 = A
these averaged = 2.8 = B
They can kiss my ass....
