North Korean Propaganda on the Radio

I fired up my Shortwave radio tonight and I'm picking up what seems like some North Korean Propaganda. It's on 6285 kw station and it's 2:00am PST. The receiption is not great, and it's worse with my computer on but it's coming in. In the 10 - 15 minutes I've been listening to it, they must have said "The Great Kim Jun Il" or "The Great Leader Kim

According to http://www.primetimeshortwave.com/ , North Korea broadcasts on 6285 during 1000-1100 UTC to Latin America and Asia. I'm also in California and I've picked up broadcasts intended for Latin America and Asia as well.
