[Inadvertent second level: Zell is working his way steadily through a pattern of katas and attack drills, his voice keeping an even cadence through it all. His eyes are faraway---Zell can't do classic meditation when he's upset or agitated, but this seems to work as well. From one set of moves to the next, he doesn't break rhythm.]
