I love the words you used to describe the emotion here and how you structured your sentences to make it flow nicely. :3

He couldn’t remember why he had even come out tonight; he never could, not once those plush lips parted to let loose a sultry chuckle, and those limpid orbs gazed out from beneath lids heavy with powdered lies.

DUDEEEEEEEE, this description made me go like:
