No. Not all. The rest just remain completely silent and don't condemn those who do things such as this.... all the time... every day... in all of the places they live...

but you must remember that in some of those places, if they speak up, they'll be killed. Or think of all the things that we don't speak up about in the way you are talking of. I know plenty of muslims who do not approve of what the extremists do and who do condemn it, but they also see religion as a very private matter and view it as something that they don't need to discuss with anyone, much less to discuss the religion of others with other people.

Honestly, how many Americans do you think could have an unbiased, polite conversation with a muslim about extreme Islam?
