computer woes...still! i seem to have about 5 minute windows in which my computer works, so i'm TRYING to keep up with folks...not succeeding very well, i'm afraid

we haven't bothered...if you go to their website, it's filled with a bajillion angry people, lol! it seems to clear up in the late afternoon/early evening, so i think it just gets pushed to it's max.
