the new Weeds didn't kick ass; the show seems to have gotten a little stale in its routines. still pleasant, just not exciting anymore.
Nurse Jackie gets a place on my watching list though. the pilot wasn't flawless, a little too predictable, but damn¡, kudos for the honest cynicism and for the gay Middle·Eastern nurse. it's coldly observant and

i'm mostly watching it for Mary-Louise Parker now, and more precisely for what she wears. damn, it's a look!

gay Middle Eastern nurse is either poorly written or poorly acted - I can't decide which. But I turn a blind eye, since I like the actor ever since "The Visitor".
