Hey! This is Jenifer from a long time ago. My lj was brokenangel777, then yourblissfulsin, among many others. Anyway, I thought of you the other day and so I tried to find you. I'm amazed at how easy it was. I don't have an lj anymore but I have a myspace so let me know if you have one so I can keep in touch. I miss you!!!
hey! it has been awhile. i'm glad you found me my myspace is www.myspace.com/machinnax =] so please add me!!! i'd love to know how you have been. i miss you too. it's crazy i found the picture you sent me in some old photographs a couple weeks ago. heh...
I went to Bonnaroo 2006 and it was a great experience. Last summer I went to the Rothbury festival in Michigan and thought "this is what Bonnaroo probably used to be like." It was amazing in 2006, but when they announced Metallica as part of the lineup I was massively confused. But yeah, Rothbury is kind of where its at. A beautiful festival site, a great community. Very cool.
Oh, and my question about your age - I missed it in your profile, but in the one picture you looked kind of young, and as a high school teacher I didn't want to go there. But, I found your age so it's all good.
those pictures are about 4 to 5 years old. as you can probably see i haven't updated much over the last couple of years. I am 23 so don't fret!
Bonnaroo 06 was my favorite. I have gone every year since but only because I have gotten a free ticket through Clean Vibes. The politics of bonnaroo have changed drastically and it's not about family anymore (the Metalliroo t shirts totally killed the family spirit) but I find comfort in the fact that I donated my energy to help make the land green again. I am destined for rothbury eventually but the past two years have brought unfortunate circumstances causing me to miss out. I hear the Sherwood Forest is amazing!
p.s...Did you see radiohead in 06? That single performance has changed my life forever!

Michael Franti made a great joke on stage about it - he said he went to throw away his gum and asked them where it was supposed to go, and they asked him "is it sugar free?" and he said yes, and they told him garbage (maybe? I forget, but that's the gist of the story he told
