Leaving work about 10 min early today to get the kids and run to the movies. Andrew has been wanting to go, so we are going to go see Horton Hears a Who. Any news on whether or not it is good? Well, I'm sure she was as nice as pie when you saw her but in the classroom she could be a totally different person. If you are not comfortable with what you've been hearing and/or the position you are in then just say you don't want her!! It's you and your kiddies you have to be concerned about...not her feelings if Andrew isn't in her class.

I would try my hardest to put him with another teacher. If anything so you don't have to worry about favorites being played or jepardizing patient/client relationship.

I think it would be wise to get him in with a differnt teacher. If she asks, tell her you don't want to be in a conflict of interest, blame it on DH's policy.

I personally think you should avoid having him in her class simply because she is a patient of Patrick's. That should be plenty reason enough!
