Everything about my future seems to be hitting me all at once! I have to make appointments for tours of colleges, which means I have to researcher which colleges I like and what would work for me. I really want to go to UF's med school, but they only accept 200 kids a year. Even more, I want to go to their 7 year med school instead of the 12 year

Yeah it is definitely fun, exciting, exhilarating, overwhelming feeling when you realize everything you have to do to prepare yourself for the future. I think the word "future" itself is kind of intimidating. As for UF, I am sure if you work hard and stay focused you can get into the 7-year med program. With you and Jake...yeah, it's hard. But I am sure you guys will find a way for that to work out...at least there is still almost two years until you guys have to head off to school. Hope all is going well for you and can't wait to see you guys soon. Maybe when I am home for Christmas I can catch a show or something.

P.S.- I am sorry for my impecable timing...I think you should just beat me up when I come home for Thanksgiving lol.

People made a really big deal about HL bio too..but I don't see it. The labs are kind of a pain to do, but they're not hard. That class was my second highest grade last quarter...

Doctors without boarders sounds so appealing to me too. I can't really see myself going to the same office/hospital day after day for the rest of my life.

heyyy!!! havent even seen you in school! how's your year going?
You should look into U of Miami...and USF's medical school....tthey're both good for pre-med. what i think im doing is going to USF for pre-med....then applying to Emory University for med school....then probably hanging around there and getting my residency. what kind of doctor do you w ant to be? surgeon?? family practitioner??

I want to go to africa or a latin country and work with the people there. But i don't know what kind of doctor i want to do. Actually last night i was think of being an EMT. don't really know. Whatever sounds good. I didn't know u wanted to be a doctor. Good luck with ur plan.
