Kinda sorta on a related note. I always wondered what happened to the Olympics in the Ghost in the Shell world. Will artificial, superhuman prosthetics make normal physical feats pointless? Or do 'natural' humans become like a golden cow where their physical feats become revered in a kind of a twisted sideshow act?
