Hey, esso? Remember how I was going to have the break-up with Mark? Yeah, that's kinda not happening. I wanted to skip straight to the angsty-but-gorgeous first kiss. I'm still going to be mean to Mark, but only by reference and memory.

I'm glad you skipped the Mark bit - I think it kind of suggested that women become lesbians because they can't get r'ships with men to work. I know that's not what you meant, but it was pretty open to that kind of reading.
