Since I don't get any feedback on the class boards from other students or the instructor, what areas do I need to look at most?

I think some areas I'd look at are that we don't have alternatives to fossil fuels. In america, I'd say that holds more true than europe. I think germany has some large arrays of wind generation along its northern coast that puts out a fairly substantial chuck of its power grid. France, if memory serves, draws heavily on nuclear power. Something to the tune of 70% of their grid
