we put the house on the market and immediately had an open house which resulted in an offer. the offer was $35k less than asking price. i countered with $15k less than asking. i countered with the lowest possible price i could take. meaning it was just enough to pay the mortgage off and i would have to pay the buyer's realtor's commission out of ( Read more... )

Oh you're kidding me! $9k??? Maybe there's still hope since she's bringing her dad back.... I'll be so excited for you guys when you get to unload your house!!! Ours is still not a chance in hell...we are approximately 58% underwater....because our house has tanked 58% in value. I haven't given up though...you guys give me hope.
