a bad joke...that's what my career is. i graduated from law school three years ago and passed the bar on the first try. that was no easy task. one would reasonably believe that would me me marketable. but sadly not so. i've been looking for a job nearly every month for the last 36 months. i have had 6 jobs in the last 3 years. i have only left one

I've put in a few years since law school at the lower end of the low pay scale you describe, and haven't paid anything but interest on my student loans. It makes the option of dropping off the grid, becoming a hippie, and growing pot for a living a much more attractive option, some days.
