Hot poker (perhaps TMI for some)

i have a clogged duct. OMG for anyone who has never experienced this it feels like being jabbed in the boobie with a hot poker. Ouch. it hurt so bad last night i kept getting woken up when i rolled on to my stomach. i wonder if pumping 6 times a day for months on end will do damage to my nipples. some days they feel like they are being ripped off.

I recall mine feeling that way at the time....and they are just fine now. Good luck with the duct!!
