I will be heading back to chemo this Friday again and I am not looking forward to it. :p Oh well all that means id that I will have 2 down and 6 to go. I sure can’t wait till it is over. I should have mentioned this book to you and feel the dolt for not recalling it sooner. Unfortunately I gave the book away to a Cancer Center for Women and so I don't have a copy of it anymore... It's titled: Breast Cancer? Let Me Check My Schedule!

What struck me, is the need and desire to have some control over anything at a time when you have so little control over this one thing. Carol was absolutely the same way and quite a few other women I met in the same situation were as well. Taking control over other aspects of your life are a significant way to get over that helplessness feeling. Excercise that control as much as you can...
