i think this bothers me

you know those little kids that you knew when you were in high school and they were in grade school? like younger siblings of your friends and those kids friends. well, to me they're not supposed to get older. they're still the same age as they've ever been and now i see pictures of them in high school and college and it doesn't look right. like

I know what you mean! One of my best friends from high school just got married and there are pictures on facebook and her little sisters, especially the littlest, just look so disproportionately older. Like I could understand if they went from 11 to 13, maybe going into high school next year, but I don't understand how they're finishing up high school right now.
