Well today is the day my mother passed away four years ago. I broke down yesterday pretty bad but i'm happy that i have some friends that are here for me when i need someone to help me out. Just got back from the gym and i hit it hard today. I got out of the showers there and i almost fell over cause i was so dizzy from pushing myself hard. I'm not
