Real ale campaigners need refreshment to attract young members

Grey beards and hipster beards will converge in London next week as ale lovers unite for the annual Great British Beer Festival.

More than 900 real ales and ciders will be on offer across the five-day festival, organised by the Campaign for Real Ale, with hundreds of brewers showcasing their products, and Camra is keen to capitalise on the popularity of craft ales to draw younger drinkers to the event.

But just as an institution that has been called “the most successful consumer group in Europe” should be celebrating a golden age of real ale - a drink once threatened by a tsunami of mass-produced gassy lager - Camra is struggling to attract the younger, craft-loving generation as new members.

Пилснеров много разных. В последнее время на них не хватает времени, но хороший настоящий пилснер (а не просто называющий себя так евролагер) -- это хорошо.

Мы тебе из Швеции по приколу привезли две бутылочки местного, я бы даже сказала, местечкового, пива, но, сдаётся мне, это как раз то, что ты назвал евролагером%))

Если оно совсем "местечковое", может быть и нет. Самое неинтересное пиво делают межнациональные гиганты, а местные по крайней мере всегда пытаются сделать интересно.
