Jodi the same thing happened to me. When i got out of Mathers when i saw jamie online or one the of the millions of letters from her on my floor i felt really sad. When i got out the second time anything that reminded me of Kimmy (playing x-box live, play halo 2 on live, going on the third friends page of myspace, or looking in my phonebook) made me totally heartbroken. and the same thing with Erin killed me. But what i did was totally eliminate every reminder of them. Deleteing thier names from my phonebook, stop playing xbox live, ignoring myspace. It helped me alot. Plus i stood away from the pc if i felt sad. You got to seperate yourself from the reminders in order to heal. Well at least for me you have to
