turkey suggestion.. brine it. Alton Brown has a easy recipe you can find online... Next year we should trade, apple sauce for honey...

Fabulous to see you posting again:) My excited congrats to the friend who passed the bar and commiserations to the one who just missed out. All I can say is thank [insert diety/non diety of choice here] that the admission process is slightly different over here.

No hideous bar exam, I will be doing a six month coursework component (yes it does have some exams but its not the only assessment) + 75 days supervised legal practice + 10 hours of continuing professional development and then I can apply for admission, at which point I only have to demonstrate I'm a fit and proper person and provide my academic transcripts and its done. Sounds so much less stressful than what those poor men had to go through!

I hope your turkey day was wonderfull and that your mom was impressed with you cleanliness and marvelous food.

If you ever end up with more honey and/or mushrooms than you need, I'd be happy to give them a good home.
