Job update

In short, I applied for two jobs in the restructure. Didn't get the first (unsurprising, I mentioned before I got the feeling they weren't planning on giving me anything that was available in round one and sure enough one of the managers let slip they didn't even expect me to apply) although they were apparently very impressed with my application.
