ahhh I need a change terribly. My hair has grown out finally and obviously I need a dye job. I want to keep the blonde in, obviously touch it up, but i want to get more layers. I cant really find any pictures of what im thinking but short layers on the top while keeping the inner layers long... here are a couple of recent pictures .. any advice
