Lately I've been trying to reprogram myself so that when I'm in a funked up situation I remember to simply ask myself, What can I do now? A gentle reminder to get a grip, stop fighting against things that I can't change and to focus on what I am able to do. Maybe that's not always what I hope, but it's at least starting place that takes reality into account.

It'd be great to go bum around Ptown with you, maybe do some artwork while watching some TV (did you ever finish x-files?)
