Housing is kind of a cool job to be totally immersed in though, because it introduces you to so many aspects of UCD life. So it's not like you're totally missing out.

Also, for Lent, I always went with things like no sweets~ Vegan sounds quite a bit more challenging. I'd be afraid of starving to death I think...

I'm glad that my away messages mean something...

I know that we're not really missing out-everyone has to make choices and ours was housing. And it is a good life. But I still wish I could have done it all, as impossible as that is (and as much as I drive myself crazy trying).

You know, for lent you don't necessarily have to give up anything, you can try doing something you don't normally do. Like hugging a new person everyday...muhaha.
