I am apparently losing my hair. This morning when I ran my fingers through my hair a lot more strands than usual came out with it. Is this cause for alarm? Or maybe just the effects of stress? So us 05-06 Student Housing staff had Spring Orientation today and it was explosive to say the least. So much fun! Especially when I got to stand up with the other SRAs and introduce myself. Today I went to my Volcanoes class as I usually do, and as I ususally do as well I fell asleep. Which isn't really a big deal, but this time I missed the professor talking about volcanism in Lake Country and at Clear Lake and he talked about Mount Konocti which is seriously RIGHT NEXT to camp. So it's mural painting time in Tercero, and the fever has hit E Building! (I think I got my metaphors mixed up in that last sentence. Oh well!). Our building is doing a huge three-floor sea themed mural, complete with every sea animal imaginable (i didn't know that whales, sea turtles, and sea horses cohabitated so well together!). She was celebrating at Soga's, so after staff meeting Claire and I hopped into the Conlonmobile and headed downtown. So Silent Solidarity was today and it was pretty freakin' awesome. Hard, but awesome. I didn't talk from 8am to 5pm minus one slip up when I said "Hi!" to Erika Romo when she snuck up on me.
